“Not what I expected!.....The picture on-line depicts a frame with 1 inch to 1 1/4 inch wide frame. The one I got was only 1/2 inch wide and looked like any other frame that I could have gotten at any store for about $5 to $10. I kept it, because the return postage which I was told that I would have to pay was not worth it! Bought another frame at a local store.......Very disappointed!!”

“The product, service and delivery were all excellent. When I placed my order I, unfortunately, chose the wrong size of the item I was buying. I rang the sales department on the next working day and the person I spoke to simply cancelled the order and arranged a refund which appeared in my bank within a few days. I replaced my order with the correct size and the item was delivered within three days. Well done”
