“Great website, lovely products - not free returns which is annoying because some of the items i bought don't look exactly as they do on the website. No reply from customer service when I asked to return the items.”

“Arrived beautifully packaged and definitely took the hassle out of gifting photos. My only niggle is when I unpacked the frames with photos in, it appeared that the photos had ink marks on them (people in photos looked to have face tattoos!). I took the photos out of the frames and the marks disappeared. It was due to the tight packing behind the photos, pressing the photos too closely against the glass. Easily fixed by taking some of the packing out however felt this should have been picked up prior to despatch to avoid unnecessary panic/disappointment, particularly if the order had been sent directly to intended recipients.”
