“I ordered a silver photo frame for an upcoming christening, arrived quickly and the frame itself it lovely and beautifully packaged, only negative was the outer box was damaged and as its a gift thats disappointing hence the 4 stars”

I'm so sorry about the outer box damange, these are really only considered our transit cartons rather than the actual gift box which is inside, although we've made them so beautiful that people seem to value them as a gift box as well.
