“The postage and packaging was very good indeed. The clock looks very stylish, but not yet tried it. It looks to be of real quality and will go well with my antique furniture.”

“The customer service team were great and very helpful. On the website I uploaded a photo and a message to go with the photo frame that I purchased but for some reason the website failed to save these on the order. I contacted the customer services team to see if they had got these and they quickly replied back that they hadn't so I emailed them the photo and the message and they posted out the next morning for my parents to receive the following day. 5 stars for customer service but would be great to fix the website which is why I gave 4 stars - other people may not realise that there is a bug.”
