“Beautiful quality frame, arrived quickly and packaged really nicely. Only thing I would note is that the frame was actually 7.5x9.5” rather than 8x10” which meant I had to get my mounted artwork resized.”

“The customer service team were great and very helpful. On the website I uploaded a photo and a message to go with the photo frame that I purchased but for some reason the website failed to save these on the order. I contacted the customer services team to see if they had got these and they quickly replied back that they hadn't so I emailed them the photo and the message and they posted out the next morning for my parents to receive the following day. 5 stars for customer service but would be great to fix the website which is why I gave 4 stars - other people may not realise that there is a bug.”
