“Good customer service, poor product quality control. I ordered a lacquered frame and it arrived with a crack in the inner corner. The replacement that came was even worse with gray smudges and the printed pattern looks like the printer ran out of ink.”

“I was very impressed with the speed, efficiency and good will that Addison Ross replaced a photograph frame which developed a fault within a few months of purchase. They didn't quibble and dispatched a replacement in short order, demonstrating great customer service.”

“Firstly I was so impressed with the speedy delivery of my order to Australia. Not only that but the frames I ordered were each in lovely boxes, then in a large handsome box held them all. Plus the free delivery (as I had bought several frames), certainly was an added bonus. The frames themselves, are fabulous. They are a little expensive, however the quality is far more superior to others I have seen. I will be ordering more silver frames today and two more wooden frames as gifts. I’m so delighted I came across Addison Ross - what a gem of a company.”

“I love all the things I have bought from Addison Ross but what I think deserves a mention are the staff who are SO helpful and in particular Cath. Such a joy to speak to helpful people who listen to your query/problem. I should just add that it is difficult to tell which is the salt and the pepper - the tops with P and S are very difficult to read - maybe I am getting too old!”

“Electronic candlesticks purchased for Christmas Day were non-operational upon opening. Couldn't use them on my dining table on the day, as planned. Called the company once they were reopened after the holidays, no answer, left a message. Emailed. Was eventually told to return the item at my own personal expense for a refund. Duly repacked, stood in a post-holiday Post Office queue and paid myself for the return. Was refunded but not the postage. I am not accustomed to paying to both receive and return defective merchandise and wrote the company to say so. Nothing. No reply. In mid-January they emailed to say they were sending me the item free to offset the inconvenience. Nice thought but they sent an item I had not purchased and will not use. Will never purchase from AR again.”
