“I am so disappointed with my mills. I was given them as a gift in January. Since then, I have had at least two replacements sent to me by Addison Ross and every time there has been something wrong. I’ve had various issues: - the metal middle pole was too short for the ball to fit on top - salt leaked out of the bottom - didn’t grind smoothly at all - the lacquer has chipped off the bottom - the metal bit inside the lid has come out of its holes so I have had to glue them in for the mechanism to work. As I say, the first two were replaced by two new ones. I then had one mill replaced again for one of the above issues. They are both now chipped and have the metal lid part glued in after falling out. The first replacement was quite smooth and I received good customer service. The second replacement was a nightmare, and I had to repeatedly chase and was asked to restate the issue every time. I have now resigned myself to having poor quality, chipped mills as I can’t face going through the process again (to probably receive products with similar issues). So disappointed as they had been a wishlist item for a long time and the price point is so high so would expect excellent quality and a long-lasting product.”

“Five stars? More like a constellation. I recently purchased two sets of Addison Ross salt and pepper grinders, and I am completely smitten. The finish, the detailing, the perfect blend of class and quirk — they are genuinely exquisite. I keep taking them out of their boxes just to admire them, then putting them away again because I cannot bring myself to let a common household meal risk marring their beauty (and do not get me started on the gorgeous packaging). I chose a mix of shapes — a Bobbi, a Chubbi, and a Twister — after seeing how beautifully you style different pieces together across your socials. The glossy Chubbi and Twister look especially bright, fun, and gorgeous as a little duo. The Scandi (matte Bobbi) has a completely different charm — calm, soft, and beautifully understated. It feels “just right” when paired with another Scandi, like a matching mellow twin. In my eyes, the Scandis deserve their own quiet moment, and the glossy duo deserves its own sparkling one. Which means I will absolutely be ordering two glossy white Bobbis next to complete the shiny set. Zero regrets — just more joy. And I have to say… the shipping blew me away. From London to a small Australian country town in what felt like no time at all. Seriously impressive. Thank you, Addison Ross, for creating such stunning pieces. These grinders have added more delight to my dining space than any everyday kitchen item should reasonably add — and I am not sorry about it.”

Slight issue with delivery - I was at home and received message saying they tried to deliver. However they delivered next day leaving package in my post box. Other than this - I’d have given 5 stars.”
