“The pattern of the chinoiserie salt/pepper mill isn’t lined up at the seams—a sloppiness that is unacceptable at this price point, and even more unacceptable given that looks are what set this product (and brand!) apart, thereby constituting its value. It’s a shame because if they had been well-executed they would be gorgeous, but as it is, they look sloppy and poorly made.”

When I contacted them they were incredibly helpful and very generous replacing all the damaged frames free of charge.
