“So happy with my beautiful pink Mini Column Salt/Pepper Mill. Everything about it is excellent quality. I dropped it on my stone floor and assumed I’d damaged the paint work but it didn’t chip at all! Pleased as my teenager loves to cook! The mechanism is very fluid which is great. So happy with it.”

Recently the strut came off the back of a frame that I purchased about 5-6 years ago. I emailed Addison Ross and they promptly replaced the entire frame free of charge. “I used Addison Ross for the first time. I required a silver frame for a wedding present within a tight time frame. I called the company to ask if they could send it to me swiftly. The lady I spoke to was charming and guaranteed the ordered would be sent out immediately they received it. It was the week of Christmas so I appreciated it would be addition pressure but I got an email 24 hours later saying it was on its way. I was staggered at the efficiency as I received my order later that day. I would definitely recommend this company and will personally use them again”
