“Wanted a specific Addis bin and they had it in stock. Good value. My only issue is that I didn't know when it was due to be delivered, I didn't know who the courier would be, fortunately he delivered to my neighbour. Super happy with the service.”

“On 15 April I ordered a simple washing up bowl! On arrival the wrong colour ie white instead of black was received. I telephoned and emailed the company and was requested to send photos which I duly did. Days later another email arrived requesting order number and my address which surely they should already have? To date (5 May) no replacement received hence the one star rating. Totally dissatisfied!!!”

“Very pleased with the 2 cream Laundry baskets, they last for a very long time, still have 2 out of the 4 original baskets that had them for over 30 years, and wouldn't have any other make & easy to carry.”

“Bought these to replant bamboo in for a cheap temporary solution as I could not find and planters that I liked. Bought the smaller ones ( in the photo) and the larger ones for other bamboo. Drilled holes in the bottom. Really pleased as a decent solution for now...the smaller ones are slighty unsquare meaning the front is slighly shorter than the back , they have a foot indent at the bottom along with two holes on the top rim which i just placed towards the back ( the larger ones do not have this so a cleaner squarer design)”

“Good drying rack, only let down by rubbish tiny plastic wheels (which barely allow the rolling aspect of it to work), so had to get some bigger casters (75mm) and drill them into the plastic plug (since the existing ones have about a 7mm diameter pin, which I couldn't find any better alternatives that would fit that size of hole). But the quality of the rack seems good (though obviously limited value of review, since it has only been used for a few weeks so far & what people probably want to know is how long it will last ???”

“Shame have to pay for returns osnt realise , wasn't worth to return an item that i order wrong size in error. Would definitely avoid buying from you again in future. Most other companies I've used can return at drop off point with no cost”
