“Ordered and received a set of recycling bins. One didn’t work properly eventually got a reply from complaints about replacement. Didn’t receive any notification that the items were dispatched, maybe something they could look into.”

“Good quality and value have used Addis products for years and they just go on forever. Only bought these because change of kitchen colours , still life left in the old ones so off to the charity shop ! Thankyou”

“Not necessarily Addis fault but still haven't got order from 11th August DX have lost it, damaged it and the latest is they have sent it back to Addis. It was only small item I couldn't get in shops. But totally fed up getting in touch with Addis and DX who you can't contact.”

“We have used Addis washing up bowls for years and either bought them in a store or more latterly online as it's sometimes not easy to find a local stockist. I recently purchased two washing up bowls, the mint one is perfect, however, the yellow one has quite a few hollow air pockets in the base and I am concerned that over time a hole might appear rendering the bowl useless. A replacement of the yellow one would be appreciated and I am quite happy to return the faulty yellow one with a pre-paid address label. My order number was #100157037 (02/08/2023).
