Mop OK. Customer Service non-existent. I would have said dreadful, but it really was non-existent. I ordered 2 mops. There were no instructions on how to put them together. First mop would not squirt water. Phoned Customer Service number in late afternoon. Closed. Left message on answer phone. Never received a reply. . Unless you're physic, you could have problems putting the mop together. Also web site and You-tube tutorials useless. Would give NO stars for Customer Service but doesn't give the option. Would give NEVER to describe how quick the company replied to my query but not given the option. Even their surveys are useless. Will NOT Addis use again

I have checked the system and am unable to find a message from yourself, so I do apologise that you didn't receive a response. There appears to have been an error which stopped us from receiving this. Please note that our phone lines are open 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs and 8:30am-4:00pm on Fridays. We are only a small team so sometimes if we are already on the line you may not be able to get through but we will always endeavour to call our customers back. Hi ,we have had a Addis mop for years with no problems until recently. The replacement heads are not secured very well with the bonding keeps breaking off from the mop head. We brought a new mop and two replacement heads and still the same problem exists. The problem is with the replacement heads as the bonding doesn't last the old mop heads used to last ages the one in the picture as been on for a week. Thanks

I was trying to replace an Addis plate rack I had for years. The item you sent was of poor quality material, the plate holders were too shallow to hold dinner plates and bore no comparison to the one I had. I gave it away.I am not interested in supplying any further information. Nicoline Duffy

Not necessarily Addis fault but still haven't got order from 11th August DX have lost it, damaged it and the latest is they have sent it back to Addis. It was only small item I couldn't get in shops. But totally fed up getting in touch with Addis and DX who you can't contact.

Hi Richard, I apologise that you have not yet received your order. I recall our call earlier this week and as advised then, because your order was unable to be delivered due to no one being home to accept the parcel it has been returned to sender. Usually in this instance we would charge a delivery fee to resend your order, however we have arranged for a new order to be sent to you free of charge. I can see that this has been booked in with DX this morning, so should be delivered shortly. We always advise that orders will arrive within 5 working days. If you do not receive your tracking email in the next 24 hours please email info@addis.co.uk so that I can manually send that over to you so that you can see when your parcel will be delivered and rearrange delivery as required. 27 May ordered wire drainer. Arrived 5 June - missing a rubber foot. Decided to return it: contacted you 2 June. It is now 5 July and you still have not collected this item or given me a refund! Very poor response from you.

Incorrect order sent to me meant for another customer which has still not been collected from my home! My own order needed to be reordered which I have finally received will not be buying Addis products again

Part of my order was incorrect when dispatched. On contacting customer services the response was very poor, which was frustrating and disappointing. As there has been no satisfactory resolution of the incorrect items delivered, I would be reluctant to use Addis Housewares again.

Bought a replacement bin lid in February. It has developed a fault and needs replacing. Tried to contact the company using THEIR online contact form. No reply! It wasn't a major purchase, so I will probably write it off to experience, but I am very disappointed.

On 15 April I ordered a simple washing up bowl! On arrival the wrong colour ie white instead of black was received. I telephoned and emailed the company and was requested to send photos which I duly did. Days later another email arrived requesting order number and my address which surely they should already have? To date (5 May) no replacement received hence the one star rating. Totally dissatisfied!!!

I ordered a spray bottle replacement in February I was told oos okay so waited for a month then April came I said to cancel the order then it suddenly turned up the very next day, first time customer so I’m very unhappy.

Addis were always a name to trust, sadly the same is not true nowdays. I purchased this mop after having many in the past. After only the first use the squeezing mechanism gave way. The whole thing hinges upon flimsy plastic fittings. My initial thought was to return it but knowing a replacement would still have the inherent weakness my partner replaced the plastic parts with good old metal nut and bolt fittings. Perhaps Addis should adopt this to prevent further issues, because I cannot be the only one with this issue.

Customer service asked me to resend photos of the broken outdoor siren even though those and the receipt were attached already. I had only used the airier 3 times but I had saved its original box too. After 3 more emails they eventually saw them, it was their error. They then sent me a link to try find the airier. I couldn't either so they said they would send me another airer instead which I accepted. Then another staffer emailed to say they had looked again and it was a product that was only available at B&M and that I needed to approach them instead. Terrible customer care, shirking out of their warranty, wasting my time and not helping at all.
