“Product as described. Unfortunately one item was damaged and I couldn't get a screenshot of it to attached, therefore was unable to get a replacement/refund. Not very trusting.”

Our company policy is to repair/replace once proof of purchase and photo of the issue is provided, so in this instance we would just need a photo of the issue as your order was placed on our website so we already have your proof of purchase. “27 May ordered wire drainer. Arrived 5 June - missing a rubber foot. Decided to return it: contacted you 2 June. It is now 5 July and you still have not collected this item or given me a refund! Very poor response from you.”

“I recently ordered a collapsible clothes airer from Addis and I am delighted with it. I live in a flat with a balcony where I dry my washing and need to be able to lift the airer in and out of my kitchen door so it needs to be robust. Addis did not let me down; it is strongly made. I had a bad experience about 6 weeks previously when I ordered an airer which was cheaply made and the legs bowed within a couple of weeks and which became useless. Lessons learned.”

“No complaints regarding my order. Although the lids for the storage boxes were missing I rang and spoke to Ryan who promptly sent an rider through and the lids turned up 2 days later. Therefore customer service very good.”

“The Addis sink drainer is ok.. however, we were hoping for a slightly thicker metal/cover frame, which we had previously, but not sure it was 'Addis'. We shall continue to use this drainer but will keep an eye out for something slightly more solid with the exact same shape. By the way the package when delivered was crushed completely but the drainer ok, just missing a 'foot' on one of the corners.”
