“Addis Housewares Ltd customer service is very efficient and friendly to deal with. I am just very sad they have replaced the stiff handbrush with a new style stiff hand brush. The old one was much better. I use them in and out doors and will miss them. Please keep the old stiff handbrush available for purchase. Thank you.”

“I would say 4.5 this time as the product is really good as expected but unfortunately I received the wrong thing first time around. The second successful delivery was very prompt (as was the first incorrect package). The whole matter was dealt with in a calm & professional manner. I will be happy to recommend & use again.”

“After sorting out a problem with my own iPad, I found your service excellent as the product was delivered in good order on the advised day. However, while attempting to resolve the aforesaid problem, I received from you an e-mail inviting me to contact customer service since I had not completed my order, a very much appreciated gesture. I telephoned customer service and received an automated response to the effect that you would contact me but you never did. Otherwise my response would have been five stars.”

“Square laundry basket ordered - very good quality as I expected for the price. One problem - ordered direct to get the colour I wanted and ended up with grey - guess you get stuck with the - in colour”

“I managed to melt the water bottle so had to buy a replacement one. Could only buy it from Addis. I thought the price was quite high and then with the postage on top, it came to not a lot less than I paid for the whole mop. But I was prepared to pay what it cost because otherwise the mop was useless. Still feel the total price was excessive.”

“Have bought several of these drainers over the years as the style looks good in my kitchen. After quite a while it tends to rust a little and that is when I replace. Good order and delivery process.”
