“Love this traditional airer. My previous one was 35 years old so definitely needed a replacement. I prefer the horizontal style to standard vertical airer so this ticks all boxes and is strong and sturdy as well”

“Website was very easy to use. The range of products is well laid out and ordering was straight forward. However, delivery was not. After ordering I received an order acknowledgement which said that I would be informed when the bin would be dispatched and then a further email from the delivery agent telling me when it would be delivered. I received neither and the bin was left with a neighbour with no card put through the letter box saying that delivery had been attempted and where it was left. With regard to the bin, quality is good and all that is required regarding assembly, is to fit the lid to the body of the bin, which, with the provided instructions was very simple.”

“Addis were always a name to trust, sadly the same is not true nowdays. I purchased this mop after having many in the past. After only the first use the squeezing mechanism gave way. The whole thing hinges upon flimsy plastic fittings. My initial thought was to return it but knowing a replacement would still have the inherent weakness my partner replaced the plastic parts with good old metal nut and bolt fittings. Perhaps Addis should adopt this to prevent further issues, because I cannot be the only one with this issue.”

“We purchased a sink drainer for our new kitchen . We managed to find one just the size we needed. But couldn't find the colour to match our kitchen. After going online we found one on Addis website. Order it and it arrived so quickly and just what we wanted.”
