“Ordering process was good. I asked for the delivery people to ring me beforehand - but they didn't. Nobody knocked or rang the bell. My daughter found the bin in the back garden.”

“Good drying rack, only let down by rubbish tiny plastic wheels (which barely allow the rolling aspect of it to work), so had to get some bigger casters (75mm) and drill them into the plastic plug (since the existing ones have about a 7mm diameter pin, which I couldn't find any better alternatives that would fit that size of hole). But the quality of the rack seems good (though obviously limited value of review, since it has only been used for a few weeks so far & what people probably want to know is how long it will last ???”

“Shame have to pay for returns osnt realise , wasn't worth to return an item that i order wrong size in error. Would definitely avoid buying from you again in future. Most other companies I've used can return at drop off point with no cost”

“These items were poorly packed. The toilet brush handle was not properly assembled so cracked in transit. Was easier to glue together than return. I will neither shop with you again or recommend you.”

“I bought a mop and a mop bucket which is just perfect, it is smaller and lighter than some buckets which is perfect for me to lift to empty or fill. A bought 2 washing-up bowls both of which are lovely and look good in the kitchen. The ordering and quick delivery were both extremely good. Thank you”
