“The brush ordered was not in the delivery box, The caddy was the wrong colour , it was blue not grey ,over a week to deliver and only after I sent an e-mail. Decided to buy the missing brush and wrong colour caddy on Amazon. Overall , very poor”

“The products are fine, but they were delivered by DPD. DPD kept Sending emails about how the things I had ordered have been put together and were in their delivery system, giving a link to a tracking service. Every time I try to use this it said the same thing, that my products will be delivered sometime between 7 AM and 10 PM. It would not give any more specific time window, presumably expecting me to stay home in anticipation of their arrival. They eventually arrived mid-evening. May I suggest you find a better delivery company?”

“The containers I bought were good but customer service non existent. After placing the order on the Friday I spotted milk jugs and sent a message to ask if one can be added to the order. I guessed the order wouldn't be sent till the week after so I expected a message regarding payment for a jug. No message arrived. When the package came a few days later I sent an email regarding that and again had no reply”

“I love my Addis mop with the spray bottle and washable heads. They are lightweight and different solutions can be used on different floors. My only complaint is the end of the metal handle where it meets the plastic bottle holder goes rusty and eventually breaks when the rest of the unit is still in good condition. i also think supplying the mops with an extra bottle (at extra cost) would be a great idea.”

“After sorting out a problem with my own iPad, I found your service excellent as the product was delivered in good order on the advised day. However, while attempting to resolve the aforesaid problem, I received from you an e-mail inviting me to contact customer service since I had not completed my order, a very much appreciated gesture. I telephoned customer service and received an automated response to the effect that you would contact me but you never did. Otherwise my response would have been five stars.”

“I needed a new washing up bowl after I my old one needed to be replaced. I only ever thought of buying from Addis and was delighted to find a new one in a smart grey colour that matches my stainless steel sink. It is well made and stylish with the quality one has come to expect from Addis.”
