“Happy with my products. I would have liked more colourful ones though these were out of stock, so I went with grey, so I was a bit disappointed with that. I would have liked teal or purple or cerise pink! The products I bought - 2 x dishwashing bowls and a caddy, are fine and I'm glad that I've replaced the bowls as the new ones' surfaces are much better. Delivery was thoughtful as they didn't deliver when I wasn't in to accept, but called again when I was. It was quite unexpected given that deliveries are usually just left these days.”

“Perfect packaging, speedy and efficient delivery and just the product we needed at a price worth paying. I'd gone and dropped the previous bin - whilst cleaning - and the darn thing broke. The Addis website was easy to navigate and the order placed in moments, saving me a lot of grief”

“Really good service the bucket I ordered was out of stock so they called me straight away to offer me another colour. It arrived within 2 days the bucket was much cheaper direct from the Addis shop compared to other companies I would definately reccomend to others”

“Bought a bin. Obviously its nice. You can remove the shine, to be more matt or make it shiny, with spray polish. Its the style that allows the lid to retract into itself, so better under countertops. Tbh. Im not sure why other designs exist ( swing type etc )”

“I replaced my old Addis washing basket of 30 plus years with a lovely new eco one! The quality is still as good as it was back then and that goes for all the products I purchased. One of these was a super-dry sponge mop. I haven't had one of those for about 20 years and have been washing my floors manually but I'm so glad I decided to try using a mop again. So much easier! I was a little puzzled as to why I couldn't buy this directly from Addis as it was only available through a third-party vendor. However I was extremely impressed that the mop was delivered by Addis' delivery providers, DX Services, with the rest of my direct order with Addis instead of separately. Better for me and the planet. The prices are extremely reasonable too. To sum up, Addis products represent excellent consistent quality and good value for money.”

“Delivery was good, but item seems flimsy - aluminium doesn't seem to be the best material for a rotary airer as it bends and flexes which the previous Addis steel one didn't.”
