“The cake storage container wasn't the dimensions expected and the cake didn't fit in It. The dimensions given are external - not internal. If I'm putting something inside a container why do I need external dimensions? This needs to be made clearer on your photo.”

“I just wanted to share how impressed I am with both the service and the quality of Addis food containers. I recently contacted the customer service team with an inquiry and received an exceptionally prompt, helpful, and friendly response. My order arrived on time and was very well packed. The containers themselves are excellent — sturdy, well-designed, and made in the UK with environmental responsibility in mind. The quality easily matches, if not exceeds, that of much more expensive brands on the market. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you for such a great product and outstanding customer care!”

“Service efficient. Bowls I ordered as expected but the plate rack was disappointing as it isn't big enough to cope with the draining of plates. It is a pity because the quality of the of material used was good but the item simply is not efficient.”
