“Great products at competitive prices BUT you can't be serious about EComm in 2023 if you charge extra for delivery and then I have to wait 5 working days for the items to arrive!”

“Everything arrived packaged but soiled, which I would have expected had I bought your product from a market stall, not directly from supplier. My daughter wanted me to order same products if different colours but I advised her against as spoiled a dishcloth cleaning these new items before use. Have photos should you wish to see to confirm above review”

“These items were poorly packed. The toilet brush handle was not properly assembled so cracked in transit. Was easier to glue together than return. I will neither shop with you again or recommend you.”

“I was very disappointed in your product and service. I ordered a bin, cutlery drainer and bowl from you in the 17th Jan 2023. I had to chase this order after a several days. When it eventually arrived, we noticed the bin and lid were scuffed and have scratches on them. They do not look brand new!”

“I can't remember how long I've waited to get replacement cover for shirtmaster ironing board. Absolutely ridiculous and sorry I bought ironing board as no other cover fits! Also had 2 different replies as to when replacement cover would be available!”

“I was sent a square dustbin top, not the rectangular one I ordered. Instead of taking my word for it, I was asked to send photos of the incorrect swing bin top. I am a techie so this was not too complicated, but for a normal person (90% of the population), this would be a drama I am still waiting for the correct lid. I'm not bothered about the money, but won't order another one, as they may send the wrong item again.”

“I couldn't give an acceptable rating as the bin arrived dirty and with a noticeable scuff on the lid. Once cleaned it does what a bin should do, we just ignore the scuff mark.”
