“Product fine, customer service very good, but DPD delivery hopeless, sending the package between three depots (from one close to delivery address to one 170 miles away and then back again) before delivering a week late. (And you can't blame Addis for that. Customer sevice agent, Loella, was courteous and efficient.)”

“I would say 4.5 this time as the product is really good as expected but unfortunately I received the wrong thing first time around. The second successful delivery was very prompt (as was the first incorrect package). The whole matter was dealt with in a calm & professional manner. I will be happy to recommend & use again.”

“I previously had the same bowl and thought time to renew. Pleased to see still made. Arrived promptly after ordering. Luckily not breakable as the packaging severely damaged assume by courier. They did apologise.”

“Addis pre are my my first choice for quality and value. The washing bowls last a few years for our household. They just fade, so still serviceable. The courier kept me informed of delivery to a date and time slot of one hour.”

“Price fair. Products decent quality. Delivery arrangements fine. Only problem was that the grey colour was darker in the flesh than appeared on the website. Darker than we wanted which was unfortunate but not catastrophic.”

“Excellent closed plastic dustpans, one for inside, one for outside, soft and hard brushes for them, and also some kitchen items for the drainer and bowl etc. Just excellent, great company, great service and a long term British company. “I wanted a replacement lid for my perfectly good kitchen bin. It is so good that you can buy the lids or bases seperately rather than having to rebuy the whole thing . Much better to have less plastic waste out there. The best price was direct from Addis and then I was also sure it is the right fit. It is exactly what I wanted this time.”
