“I love my Addis mop with the spray bottle and washable heads. They are lightweight and different solutions can be used on different floors. My only complaint is the end of the metal handle where it meets the plastic bottle holder goes rusty and eventually breaks when the rest of the unit is still in good condition. i also think supplying the mops with an extra bottle (at extra cost) would be a great idea.”

“After sorting out a problem with my own iPad, I found your service excellent as the product was delivered in good order on the advised day. However, while attempting to resolve the aforesaid problem, I received from you an e-mail inviting me to contact customer service since I had not completed my order, a very much appreciated gesture. I telephoned customer service and received an automated response to the effect that you would contact me but you never did. Otherwise my response would have been five stars.”

“I needed a new washing up bowl after I my old one needed to be replaced. I only ever thought of buying from Addis and was delighted to find a new one in a smart grey colour that matches my stainless steel sink. It is well made and stylish with the quality one has come to expect from Addis.”

“Very happy with the service I received from the seller. The replacement bottle arrived damaged. So i sent pictures and received a reply from the seller within a few hours to say I could have a full refund or a replacement bottle sent . I received the replacement bottle within a few days . Excellent service so would happily recommend and buy from this seller again”

“The cake storage container wasn't the dimensions expected and the cake didn't fit in It. The dimensions given are external - not internal. If I'm putting something inside a container why do I need external dimensions? This needs to be made clearer on your photo.”
