“Very happy with the service I received from the seller. The replacement bottle arrived damaged. So i sent pictures and received a reply from the seller within a few hours to say I could have a full refund or a replacement bottle sent . I received the replacement bottle within a few days . Excellent service so would happily recommend and buy from this seller again”

“The cake storage container wasn't the dimensions expected and the cake didn't fit in It. The dimensions given are external - not internal. If I'm putting something inside a container why do I need external dimensions? This needs to be made clearer on your photo.”

“I just wanted to share how impressed I am with both the service and the quality of Addis food containers. I recently contacted the customer service team with an inquiry and received an exceptionally prompt, helpful, and friendly response. My order arrived on time and was very well packed. The containers themselves are excellent — sturdy, well-designed, and made in the UK with environmental responsibility in mind.
