“Part of my order was incorrect when dispatched. On contacting customer services the response was very poor, which was frustrating and disappointing. As there has been no satisfactory resolution of the incorrect items delivered, I would be reluctant to use Addis Housewares again.”

“Bought a replacement bin lid in February. It has developed a fault and needs replacing. Tried to contact the company using THEIR online contact form. No reply! It wasn't a major purchase, so I will probably write it off to experience, but I am very disappointed.”
