Hi, Sorry you received no communication regarding your order. Email confirmations and dispatch emails with tracking are an automated process and usually will go through fine as long as the correct email address was provided at checkout. “I was looking to replace a particular Addis round container I couldn't find anywhere else and was pleased to find you could order direct. I was happy to find other useful items. Priced fairly, and delivered in very quick time. Highly recommended.”

“Whilst the goods were of an acceptable quality the service on the order was not. I was not informed when the items were to be delivered or by whom. They came in two separate parcels and the packaging on the second one came torn with holes in it. When I phoned to find out what was happening after the first delivery I was informed that there wasn't anyone in who could help and I would have to try phoning the next day. In the end I sent an email but received no response until after the second package arrived once again without warning.”

Our dispatch and tracking emails are automated and as long as the correct email address was provided at checkout these should have been received without issue. “27 May ordered wire drainer. Arrived 5 June - missing a rubber foot. Decided to return it: contacted you 2 June. It is now 5 July and you still have not collected this item or given me a refund! Very poor response from you.”

“I recently ordered a collapsible clothes airer from Addis and I am delighted with it. I live in a flat with a balcony where I dry my washing and need to be able to lift the airer in and out of my kitchen door so it needs to be robust. Addis did not let me down; it is strongly made. I had a bad experience about 6 weeks previously when I ordered an airer which was cheaply made and the legs bowed within a couple of weeks and which became useless. Lessons learned.”
