The products are fine, but they were delivered by DPD. DPD kept Sending emails about how the things I had ordered have been put together and were in their delivery system, giving a link to a tracking service. Every time I try to use this it said the same thing, that my products will be delivered sometime between 7 AM and 10 PM. It would not give any more specific time window, presumably expecting me to stay home in anticipation of their arrival. They eventually arrived mid-evening. May I suggest you find a better delivery company?

Brilliant size but the plastic is too brittle. It cracks and will need replacing withn a year.

Service efficient. Bowls I ordered as expected but the plate rack was disappointing as it isn't big enough to cope with the draining of plates. It is a pity because the quality of the of material used was good but the item simply is not efficient.

The products are great and arrived quickly. There were stickers on the two larger bins which were extremely difficult to remove and I spent a lot of time soaking and carefully scrubbing the sticker residue so I didn't scratch the surface of the bins. There was a separate item in our box addressed to another company - I contacted Addis and they advised I should dispose of it. However the company was less than 10 miles away so I contacted them and they were extremely grateful as they urgently needed the item and had been chasing it.

It's a brush and dustpan, it does what it's meant to do. However, the Addis label has been stuck on the inside of the pan and if you try to remove the label it leaves behind a sticky area which the dirt you sweep up will stick to. I suggest the manufacturer sticks the label to the underside of the pan.

Part of my order arrived damaged, I have received a refund so thank you for that.I like Addis products but I won’t be ordering on line again.

Sturdy up to a point but... 1: Although Made in Britain, there's no recycling symbol really??!.... Surely there are plastic-type materials these days that CAN be recycled these days. Hence, sadly I definitely won't be buying another one in future... 2: The notches that keep the centre partition could be longer as sometimes it comes adrift. Thanks.

Not as big as I was expecting, I had to keep my old one to use to put a full load out to dry, new rack not big enough. So using two now. I also think it's expensive for what it is.

I have had several Addis washing baskets over many years two bit the dust a few months ago so ordered three used them for a few weeks when one split by the handle so contacted Addis who sent a replacement they seem a bit flimsy so will have to careful with them I still have two baskets I have had in constant use for forty years and are still going strong I don't think these new ones will last forty months let alone forty years therefore a bit disappointed with quality.

Email confirmations and dispatch emails with tracking are an automated process and usually will go through fine as long as the correct email address was provided at checkout. Whilst the goods were of an acceptable quality the service on the order was not. I was not informed when the items were to be delivered or by whom. They came in two separate parcels and the packaging on the second one came torn with holes in it. When I phoned to find out what was happening after the first delivery I was informed that there wasn't anyone in who could help and I would have to try phoning the next day. In the end I sent an email but received no response until after the second package arrived once again without warning.

Our dispatch and tracking emails are automated and as long as the correct email address was provided at checkout these should have been received without issue. I apologise that this wasn't the case for you. Product as described. Unfortunately one item was damaged and I couldn't get a screenshot of it to attached, therefore was unable to get a replacement/refund. Not very trusting.

Our company policy is to repair/replace once proof of purchase and photo of the issue is provided, so in this instance we would just need a photo of the issue as your order was placed on our website so we already have your proof of purchase.
