“Great airer but expensive”

“Couldn't get Addis products locally anymore, so I found their online website: it was very easy to use and delivery was fine. Have always preferred Addis products as they are good quality, reasonably priced and fit for purpose. Unfortunately, other brands I've tried are poor quality in comparison and need replacing all the time.”

“I recently bought a spray mop but shortly afterward it started to leak. I suspected the bottle and eventually got around to purchasing a spare. The spare arrived quite promptly and sure enough, it was something I had done to the bottle as the problem is now solved and the mop works perfectly.”

“I can't remember how long I've waited to get replacement cover for shirtmaster ironing board. Absolutely ridiculous and sorry I bought ironing board as no other cover fits! Also had 2 different replies as to when replacement cover would be available!”

“Recently purchased a stainless steel with black trim dish drainer from Addis. Initially I wasn't sure if would fit due to my compact ridged draining area so I emailed Addis and was delighted to get speedy reply to my questions re dimensions I am extremely pleased with the item, it's well made and versatile and fits perfectly as required. I would deffo recommend buying from Addis as their customer service was fab, follwed by fast delivery and great product Many thanks x”

“I read the reviews of the Addis Spray Mop before purchasing. The product was perfect for my laminate flooring and makes the house smell 'nice' I would have no hesitation in recommending this product.”

“The seal tight fridge jug I purchased is perfect for milk and fits neatly in my fridge door. The lid can be turned round so that a slow stream of milk can be poured without spillage. It is also made from BPA free plastic.”

“Communication good, when I asked questions, they were answered within 3 days. Picking - awful. The box of an under sink rack was covered in dust and both seals were open, also rendered untuck by dirt. Haven't used the rack yet, this is purely about my first interaction with the company.”
