“I was sent a square dustbin top, not the rectangular one I ordered. Instead of taking my word for it, I was asked to send photos of the incorrect swing bin top. I am a techie so this was not too complicated, but for a normal person (90% of the population), this would be a drama I am still waiting for the correct lid. I'm not bothered about the money, but won't order another one, as they may send the wrong item again.”

“The bin lid I purchased is very good. The reason for buying it was because the little plastic catches that keep the lid closed kept breaking. You used to supply the catches free but the last time I tried to get some you asked for proof of purchase of a bin. I have had the bin for well over ten years and don't have the receipt and haven't a clue where I bought it. I love the bin and can't find one better to replace it. The little catches are the only weak link or else it would be a perfect bin.”

“The two vac bags are amazing, I've packed my winter bedding in them and they are still completely flat, not a bit of air has got in. Was sick of buying vac bags that let the air in as soon as you had sucked it out. These Addis ones are fantastic. I got a nice washing up bowl too. Will definitely buy the vac bags again.”

“I bought loads of Addis Seal Tight (blue lid) boxes, tubs and beakers and couldn't be happier with my finally tidy fridge and almost endless configurations of food and drink storage. Really nice product that looks as good as it works. Easy and quick ordering and delivery.”

“I was disappointed with the quality of this product in comparison to the one i purchased many years ago the wire thickness is very inferior to that of the old one. I feel instead of selling them in threes It would be better to sell single ones of better quality The ordering and delivery were fine”

“Always loved the addis superdry plus mop but found it very difficult to buy locally. I had to purchase mine from the addis company. Wish it was sold in more stores because it is a fantastic mop.”
