“I emailed Addis to ask when an ironing board cover was going to back in stock. They gave me a date and then emailed me just after that date to let me know the shipment had been delayed which I thought was fantastic customer services”

“Good product at excellent price, 40L laundry basket for £7.99 with 10 year guarantee. First basket arrived damaged in transit, due partly to poor packaging. However Addis replaced basket within days, so excellent customer service. Would buy from them again in the future.”

“Everything was good apart from the Lyndsey Miracle sponge, it didn't remove scuff marks from my shoes, and it wasn't clear whether you had to wet the sponge, use it dry so not a success with me.”
