“I sent a question about a replacement ironing board cover, not only did they reply but customer care was taken to the next level by updating me regarding expected delivery date changes without me having to contact them again. First class experience. Got the cover and it's perfect too. Well done Addis”

“Communication good, when I asked questions, they were answered within 3 days. Picking - awful. The box of an under sink rack was covered in dust and both seals were open, also rendered untuck by dirt. Haven't used the rack yet, this is purely about my first interaction with the company.”

“I emailed Addis to ask when an ironing board cover was going to back in stock. They gave me a date and then emailed me just after that date to let me know the shipment had been delayed which I thought was fantastic customer services”

“Good product at excellent price, 40L laundry basket for £7.99 with 10 year guarantee. First basket arrived damaged in transit, due partly to poor packaging. However Addis replaced basket within days, so excellent customer service. Would buy from them again in the future.”
