“I have always bought Addis products and I recently needed a new kitchen bin as I had broken the lid of my old one. It arrived but the box was flimsy and with hardly any padding inside, and sadly the new bin was badly damaged. Whilst very disappointed, I am glad to say that this was promptly resolved by customer services and a new bin arrived within days.”

“I have ordered washing up bowls and washing up brushes from Addis these last few years. The bowls fit my sink well. I especially like the lilac bowls/brushes, so that’s what I buy. This time I ordered 2 lilac bowls … to save for the future, because this colour won’t continue I expect. I would have ordered lilac brushes only but wasn’t able to do so this time. Very good packing and delivery.”

“I was sent a square dustbin top, not the rectangular one I ordered. Instead of taking my word for it, I was asked to send photos of the incorrect swing bin top. I am a techie so this was not too complicated, but for a normal person (90% of the population), this would be a drama I am still waiting for the correct lid. I'm not bothered about the money, but won't order another one, as they may send the wrong item again.”

“The bin lid I purchased is very good. The reason for buying it was because the little plastic catches that keep the lid closed kept breaking. You used to supply the catches free but the last time I tried to get some you asked for proof of purchase of a bin. I have had the bin for well over ten years and don't have the receipt and haven't a clue where I bought it. I love the bin and can't find one better to replace it. The little catches are the only weak link or else it would be a perfect bin.”
