“Unfortunately the bottle doesn’t fit it just leaks out all the time.The mop is only a few months old and was a mishap that made me order a new bottle.Sorry but it’s been a waste of money”

“My new appliance arrived and didn't work, E 1 code, very disappointing. After contacting your company, I re-boxed it,(with great difficulty), and it was collected by DPD as agreed, ...I have since heard nothing. Disgraceful ! I should at least have been notified as to despatch of replacement. Please reply and update me. 3.5 Ltd Thermo-pot.”

Hi Andrew, We are sorry to learn your item arrived with an error. We have not been made aware of this previously thus are quality department will be investigating immediately. I can confirm that a replacement was arranged at the end of last week and is currently waiting to be collected by DPD. You can expect to receive this by Wednesday.

Hi Ross, Please accept our sincerest apologies for the delays you are experiencing. I have tracked your parcel via Hermes and it has been delayed for quite some time. We were not made aware of this by the courier thus we are sorry we have not been in contact with you. I have requested for a replacement parcel to be dispatched via DPD for delivery by Wednesday.

“I am happy with the products I ordered but it took a week to acknowledge my online order, another week before I received a link to track my parcel (no acknowledgement of despatch), and another three days before it arrived. I was not at home because I failed to go online each day to check whether it would be delivered that day.”
