“The laundry basket replaced the exact same model that was over 20 years old. Couldn’t find it on any retail site or Amazon so ordered direct from Addis. Excellent service and price for a brilliant item”

“Have bought various Addis items since 1976, it is now 2022, this says it all. Still have and use a colander bought in the 70's, looks as good as new, but like to change the washing bowl and drainer frequently.”

“I have given a 4 because my original order did not arrive (minus one star to Hermes/Evri) - a pain because it was a washing-up bowl for my elderly mother who finds it difficult to shop & lives 200 miles away- however, a call to your customer service centre fixed all that. Ryan sent out a new one immediately by DPD & saved the day (5 stars). Many thanks.”

“I contacted Addis customer support as part of our clothes airer had been damaged. They were extremely helpful and managed to identify the replacement part I needed from photos I sent them, and got the spare part sent out to me.”

“We love the products and have used Addis food containers as long as I can remember. The only reason I have given it a 4 was the packaging on what I ordered. It came in a huge box with lots of plastic. It would have been far better to stack the containers with their lids on the side into a smaller box and to use brown paper packing rather than bubble wrap.”

“I had seen some of your products and there was a bathroom bin and toilet brush set in Dunelm that I was trying to order, but would have had to travel to Fareham branch to collect as for some unknown reason they would not deliver these items, so gave up on Dunelms not very good customer service, but then thought I could maybe come to you and order those items directly, however the same set in Grey was not available, so ordered separate square rattan bathroom bin and toilet brush and also the comfigrip squeejee, which look very nice in my newly converted wetroom”
