“I recently purchased 2 x 1.2L SealTight containers . Two weeks later I purchased 4 x 0.75 L SealTight containers . These, I stacked inside my older 2 x 2 L SealTight containers . All the while , disposing of my other various sized containers . So, you see the pattern here, replacement by stealth before my resident “HOARDER” becomes alarmed !!! The SealTight containers are just that, sealed tight with a blue lid, which doesn’t show discolouration as much as the older WHITE lids . A great product, great stackable containers …. Ok, so they’re a little more costly, but well worth it !!!”

“We ordered a kitchen bin from you. When it came the box had been very badly squashed and as there was next to nothing in the way of packaging to absorb impact the bin had been ruined and could not be used. We went back to you through the website and you agreed to send a new one. This arrived two days ago, after a long wait, and this time there was a little more impact packaging but the box had again been flattened and the bin more squashed than last time and unusable. We have asked for our money back! You would have thought that a company such as Addis would use a carrier that takes care of their loads, not one that seems to ask an elephant to jump on them. The last delivery was left on our doorstep and the driver, who must have realized the item was badly damaged, was nowhere to be seen. Have given a score of very poor as that was the lowest available, but that is being very, very generous!”

“50L roll top bin arrived in good time. Replacement for very old long-lasting similar, but yellow, bin. A bit disappointed you no longer sell yellow bins but the cream one is just fine, and a very reasonable price. Delivered by a courier? in a car, not a van...”

“I have used Superdry mop heads for washing kitchen floor & found them very good. Kitchenware also very good. However we have had 2 collapsable washing baskets which started to crack after about 6 months use so will not be buying them again. Generally we have found Addis products very good.”

“Placed order with extra information in the appropriate box on Order form. That was not read or ignored and so wrong goods sent out. A bit annoying however a very fast response from message to customer services and all now resolved”
