“I placed the order for an Addis bowl and plate rack on 27th September and finally received the goods today (19th October) - over 3 weeks for delivery! The original delivery company Evri (Hermes) received the goods on the 6th October and have still not delivered the package. The goods that I did receive (as a result of 3 phone calls to Addis) were delivered by DPD, one day after they were shipped by Addis. May I suggest that Addis never use Evri/Hermes as your preferred shipping company - this just shows how useless they are. Such a frustrating episode.”

“I have had an Addis 50litre Roll top bin for 22 years and the body just started to crack as I overfill the internal plastic bag. I just bought another and it was here in no time, well packed! As I am 70 yrs, it will see me off this Earth 😊 Certainly an excellent kitchen bin.”

“Washing up brush from Addis is strong and well shaped. Previous purchase of Addis washing up bowl and bucket also strong, durable, good size and well-shaped. Only item I would not buy again from Addis is kitchen caddy waste bags. They are flimsy. In detaching one from the next it is very easy to rip them so they end up with a hole in the bottom.”
