Hi Richard, I apologise that you have not yet received your order. I recall our call earlier this week and as advised then, because your order was unable to be delivered due to no one being home to accept the parcel it has been returned to sender. Usually in this instance we would charge a delivery fee to resend your order, however we have arranged for a new order to be sent to you free of charge. I can see that this has been booked in with DX this morning, so should be delivered shortly. We always advise that orders will arrive within 5 working days. If you do not receive your tracking email in the next 24 hours please email info@addis.co.uk so that I can manually send that over to you so that you can see when your parcel will be delivered and rearrange delivery as required. “Bought an Addis spray mop almost two years ago and wouldn’t be without it. Was advised to use this type of spray mop when we had Karndean flooring laid in our kitchen/dining area and Addis is a name I know and trust. The spray mop is really easy to use, the head turns 360 degrees so you can pretty much clean all corners and awkward spaces (like behind pedestal basins). I bought two extra cleaning pads for mine, so if one’s in the wash, I’ve got spares to use. Would highly recommend and I’d definitely buy it again.”

“I am thrilled with my Addis Easi Airer - it is easy to hang clothes on and to put up and down. It is also tall enough to dry my sheets and duvet cover. The Airer takes two loads of washing easily and is so perfect I have bought another.”

“The cutlery drainer is superb! Does the job. It's easy to clean. It's recyclable plastic. And the drainer will last many many years. I hate it when consumer products have built in obsolescence. This one doesn't have. This is why I will always buy this particular Addis cutlery drainer and I highly recommend you get one as well.”

“Everything arrived packaged but soiled, which I would have expected had I bought your product from a market stall, not directly from supplier. My daughter wanted me to order same products if different colours but I advised her against as spoiled a dishcloth cleaning these new items before use. Have photos should you wish to see to confirm above review”
