“I purchased another Addis bin that sits without a lid in an inside fitted kitchen cupboard purely for rubbish. The last bin bought was when the kitchen was fitted 15 years ago so that’s how long the Addis bin lasted!….10 stars!!!!!”

“I was very disappointed in your product and service. I ordered a bin, cutlery drainer and bowl from you in the 17th Jan 2023. I had to chase this order after a several days. When it eventually arrived, we noticed the bin and lid were scuffed and have scratches on them. They do not look brand new!”

“I bought the Seal Tight 1.5L Round Foodsaver to replace an identical one, the lid of which finally gave out after being used three times daily for fifteen or more years. I feel this is outstanding value, given the hammering it's received over the years. I have no criticism of the product, although the dimensions on the Addis website are completely inaccurate. It is shown as 19cm wide and 20cm high when it is actually 16cm wide and 13cm high (which is the exact size I was trying to obtain). I therefore bought it more in hope than expectation but was pleased to find it was exactly the size I wanted when it arrived.”

“This item is unique because it's a cover for a shirt ironing board with similar ends. Covers have been out of stock and I was obliged to wait for delivery to their distribution centre but when they arrived my order was delivered and I'm quite pleased with the quality.”

“I ordered two items one of which arrived damaged. I phoned and it was replaced straight away. This arrived today and while it was fine the courier asked me to check it as the box was so damaged. There was no protection around it. It looked like it had been stood on the box was ripped - squashed. As the first dish drainer was bent I think I was lucky it was not another damaged item. Maybe you packing needs looking at.”

“The small brush is excellent. The dish drainer is not as good as the model it has replaced. It doesn't have enough space to hold a large cooking utensils, a standard mug for tea/coffee and not many of plates are supported by the rack section.”

“I ordered a small cream square washing up bowl and matching drainer from you as I have used Addis Housewares a lot in the past and have found them very hard wearing. I've used the same drainer for years as it is just the right size for my draining board and it has the right separate sections, which are just right for me. I had to wait a while to receive my goods but as I ordered them just after Christmas, I appreciate that you must have been busy catching up with orders (mine was just a private order, just one of each item).”
