“I bought a mop and a mop bucket which is just perfect, it is smaller and lighter than some buckets which is perfect for me to lift to empty or fill. A bought 2 washing-up bowls both of which are lovely and look good in the kitchen. The ordering and quick delivery were both extremely good. Thank you”

“I love my spray and clean mop but unfortunately the only place to order a new bottle was on Addis online/ phone site and it took at least receive. Also for such a light item the postage was almost as much as the replacement bottle which is unreasonable.”

“I ordered a spray bottle replacement in February I was told oos okay so waited for a month then April came I said to cancel the order then it suddenly turned up the very next day, first time customer so I’m very unhappy.”
