“i bought some small storage boxes I have many others already and they fit tight and last for years”

“I ordered two items one of which arrived damaged. I phoned and it was replaced straight away. This arrived today and while it was fine the courier asked me to check it as the box was so damaged. There was no protection around it. It looked like it had been stood on the box was ripped - squashed. As the first dish drainer was bent I think I was lucky it was not another damaged item. Maybe you packing needs looking at.”

“The small brush is excellent. The dish drainer is not as good as the model it has replaced. It doesn't have enough space to hold a large cooking utensils, a standard mug for tea/coffee and not many of plates are supported by the rack section.”

“I ordered a small cream square washing up bowl and matching drainer from you as I have used Addis Housewares a lot in the past and have found them very hard wearing. I've used the same drainer for years as it is just the right size for my draining board and it has the right separate sections, which are just right for me. I had to wait a while to receive my goods but as I ordered them just after Christmas, I appreciate that you must have been busy catching up with orders (mine was just a private order, just one of each item).”

“Chose these products as they were made from recycled material. The draining tray is a very useful style. The washing up bowl was just the right size for the sink. The cutlery drainers are a good size”

“Customer service asked me to resend photos of the broken outdoor siren even though those and the receipt were attached already. I had only used the airier 3 times but I had saved its original box too. After 3 more emails they eventually saw them, it was their error. They then sent me a link to try find the airier. I couldn't either so they said they would send me another airer instead which I accepted. Then another staffer emailed to say they had looked again and it was a product that was only available at B&M and that I needed to approach them instead. Terrible customer care, shirking out of their warranty, wasting my time and not helping at all.”
