“The product was of good quality and size was ok for my draining board. Unfortunately it was not what I was looking for. It did not have enough plate rack spaces nor anywhere for cutlery. I was looking to buy one the same as I have had before which is more useful. It has many more plate rack spaces and a flat section for glasses, cups, etc. It also has room for a cutlery holder. I was very disappointed.”

“The dimensions of the washing up bowl didn’t size up with my old washing up bowl by Addis I didn’t know whether to measure it from the outer edges or from the inner edges Well, it is well made and I’ve kept it but my last bowl only lasted 3 1/2 years, not five like your guarantee so there you go !”

“Placed order for replacement lids to my bins, and a new eco laundry basket,both arrived quickly and were very good quality. The square laundry basket is very sturdy and substantial ,without taking up too much space, and I can see it will last a lot longer than the cheaper version I had, very pleased with the lids too, as it meant I didn't have to buy another set of bins. Overall highly recommend the customer service via phone, when I made my first enquiry and fast delivery. Thank you!!!”
