“Final took me ages to get this to the final stages and to find that there were 9 screws missing. Considering the cost of the item it seemed a bit annoying that you couldn’t provide all the pieces required”

“Worryingly I still have not received my order. I was informed this is meant to be delivered in the next couple of days but I am still waiting. This is becoming upsetting as this is for my grandchild’s 1st birthday.”

“I used this site as it stated next day delivery as it was a present for my granddaughters birthday. However it didn’t come the next day so rather than her trampoline being built for her birthday she saw it in the box. Very disappointing so I’d recommend ordering items a few days prior. The trampoline is very sturdy, safe, looks nice & ideal if you don’t want your whole garden taking up but quite small for two children to play.”

“Lovely swing, my daughter had it for her birthday and loves it. It’s not as sturdy as I thought it would be, has a slight wobble, we have not concentrated into the grass so maybe this would help.”

“Item wasn't delivered on scheduled day (friday), called in the afternoon and Gary was really helpful tracking it down for me – item was delivered successfully on the monday and Gary called to confirm that morning which was really appreciated. Box did arrive damaged and missing a locking nut, after the slight issue with delivery I just sorted myself for such a small issue and I felt was probably the delivery companies fault. I would say the price was really reasonable and the item is just what I wanted.”

“The item is ok. It’s falls over easily as its footing is not very stable. The item was very dusty and needed to get washed before assembling.”

“I ordered a Plum 2 in 1 swing. It arrived with free delivery within 24hours of purchase which was brilliant. Unfortunately after trying to assemble it 3 times with no success we realised it was because we had a wrong part and was missing a part we needed.”

“As we would have been away I ordered it on the Saturday for delivery on the following Friday , it arrived on the Tuesday that we were away !!! And it’s not as sturdy as I expected , it has a lot of sideways movement due to loose fitting poles and the lack of bracing , but it was only £189 so I’ll just have to make the improvements myself”

“Not a kind bit of flat pack. Pictures only instructions j and you need to drill/measure your own pilot holes. When it's up though it looks nice and does what it says. I'm not confident it's going to last though because the woods a bit delicate and it will be quickly outgrown by our 3 year old.”

“As my purchase has not been used yet, I feel it would be unfair to make a judgement ; however if you gave purchases more time and allowed them time to judge you would get a true and fair assessment . “Sadly I had to immediately get a refund as you do not ship to Ireland & I cannot get any company to ship it for me! It’s a little big. So disappointed as my son is a wheelchair user and you rarely see toys that he can use. If you can help at all I’d be most grateful.”

“We were very satisfied with the products however there was no screws in the box . At the price we paid you would expect screws to be included . This was a gift and could not be used until we were able to visit a hardware store to purchase screws”
