“Delivery etc was fine. Product itself is poor quality to be honest for the money, if I'd paid full price it would be sent straight back. Chunk out of bottom on one of the corner panels. Don't pay attention to the complete in 4 steps, when you take it out the box is a lot of parts, some have predrilled holes some don't, some don't line up very good. All in all I really wish I went with I seen on another website.”

“We chose this company over many even though it was more expensive than others as they cater for exactly what we expected. However, the package arrived (on time) and we put it aside until the night before my sons birthday when we attempted to build it for him to wake up to. Unfortunately, all of the washers we required were the incorrect size so had to wait until our local hardware shop opened to buy the correct ones. Once purchased, we again made an attempt to build it that evening. Again our attempts were thwarted as one of the ‘T-Bolts’ began to cross thread and Rip the wood apart in the process. Again now, having wait until the next day to buy a new bolt. We have now, eventually built the swing to a safe manner but we’re extremely annoyed that for the price we paid the quality of packing and parts was awful and we couldn’t simply phone someone to explain what was occurring. Everything has to be done via email so could potentially have taken days to receive needed replacement parts. Will not be using this company again, will buy from a company I can wholeheartedly trust”

“Re; Purchase of Plum Wooden Growing Swing Set This came the next day with free delivery. But the 16 washers to attach the swing legs were the wrong size. Thy should have been M8 size but they were in fact M6 size. We replaced the correct washers ourselves as the cost was minimal but I was not impressed!..”

“Unfortunately slightly dissapointed, the outlook climber is great & the delivery was excellent, we got this for my grandsons birthday & on the day of the party my husband built it up & discovered no instructions or stickers for the tower, upon calling customer service they were very helpful indeed & said the stickers would be sent out first class mail”

“Order did not arrive on chosen date. Came day after due to some mix up. The company were apologetic. Good luck with your DIY skills putting the tower together. It took an absolute age with pre drilled holes not lined up and break in the construction to buy better quality screws. The company says they haven’t had any other feedback about this product so we must be unlucky as I say Good Luck !!”

“Don’t deliver when stated, also don’t supply the essential needed to fix the toy together. One screw maybe but 30! They don’t even state the size either to but your own!!”

“Could have got this a lot cheaper elsewhere with the extension included so was very disappointed when I realised, not as sturdy as expected, grandchildren are happy with it tho, but will look elsewhere first next time.”

“order was as expected even though it took 2 days to arrive. Half on the first day the other half on the second day. second half of delivery was sent to wrong courier.”

“Delivery could have been improved, items not sealed or kept together so not all items delivered first time. Swing looks good quality though and hope we have better luck putting it together.”

“Think for the price it would have had tyres, these plastic wheels arnt going to last 5 minutes, the twins like it but I don't think it's worth the money”

“Arranged to be delivered the day before our daughters birthday so we could put it up and surprise her on the day. 5 out of 6 bits delivered and the 6th part lost. Numerous phone calls later it finally arrived on her birthday. When constructing it, we found we also had part of another swing set which we've had to arrange to return. Product ok but delivery company poor.”
