“Lovely product. I had previously purchased a kitchen from another company which I had to return due to it breaking within days of having it. It was a birthday present for my daughter so it was very disappointing. I'm so glad I purchased this Step 2 kitchen as it is very well made, it was easy to put together, comes with plenty of accessories and is durable. Activity Toys Direct were very easy to use, I will definitely be buying products from them in the future :)”

“Ordered the berg nitro go kart for my 3 yr olds birthday and was delivered the next day. Brilliant service. Definitely recommend the go kart also as easy to pedal and steer.”

“I ordered a Berg Reppy Roadster on the 21st of November and it was delivered OK on 26th. Postage was free and it had a price reduction compared to other dealers. There was no email update on expected delivery day but no problem. It is a Christmas present so I will leave the assembly until nearer the day. I have however checked to ensure that all pieces are present and the instructions seem fairly straightforward. It looks like it will be a quality purchase.”

“Go kart is christmas present for my grandson . Hav'nt made it up yet. Watched your video and new he would love it. Different from normal go karts and can do more with it. He love's water mud and hills so he'll have lots off fun.”

“Sandpit arrived quickly on promised date. Clear instructions and easy to construct with all pieces fitting perfectly. Very pleased - and we’re the grandkids who loved it! Beware though, a big pit means you need a lot of sand to fill it!!”

“The product and packaging itself were perfect. However Fedex service was dreadful- impossible to contact and basically doing knock and run. Very stressful to the point where we nearly abandoned and purchased elsewhere. Change your shipping provider!”

“Ordered a large climbing frame on the 16th June at 23:32 and it was delivered by noon on the 18th. Fantastic delivery service. Lots of negative reviews regarding delivery issues, which made me hesitant to begin with. The order was split in 2 (due to size) but they were delivered within an hour of each other and I received text messages with updates. Fantastic service and I would definitely purchase again from this company. So technically next day delivery as they wouldn’t have picked my order up till Monday morning. No complaints here.”

“Excellent children's nest swing. Frame is robust. Swing attachments are well finished. The ground anchors weren't suitable for grass, but we substituted them with a different set which were. Delivery was quick. Packaging and instructions all satisfactory. Would buy from this brand and vendor again.”
