Item wasn't delivered on scheduled day (friday), called in the afternoon and Gary was really helpful tracking it down for me – item was delivered successfully on the monday and Gary called to confirm that morning which was really appreciated. Box did arrive damaged and missing a locking nut, after the slight issue with delivery I just sorted myself for such a small issue and I felt was probably the delivery companies fault. I would say the price was really reasonable and the item is just what I wanted.
