“Activity toys were fine for order and delivery. Plum bush baby swing is fair at best- quality not as expected.”

“We are pleased with the product in the end but not the delivery service. Your chosen delivery service, TNT were poor and it is a shame that you said the delivery service was nothing to do with you and we should contact them direct. Also the delivery slot is 9-6 with no possibility of any smaller slot. The trampoline did not arrive on the day it was supposed to be delivered and so we had to wait in a further whole day. When it arrived one part was faulty and we were told a new one would arrive the following day. It didn't. It arrived the following week. Each day the products did not arrive was because the driver ran out of legal hours. We assume TNT is expecting drivers to do far too much in one day. TNT also told us they do not give their drivers phones so they cannot text/ring with a smaller delivery slot. It would be far better to give realistic delivery times and use a better delivery service.”

“The kitchen/grill is a delightful toy to which my granddaughter has responded very positively when we gave it to her today for her 2nd birthday. However assembly of this item was problematic and we have not been successful in securing the grill section to the base unit due to the fact that there is a bevel in the top. Also the silver curved grill cover is the wrong size and cannot therefore be fitted. Finally a lid for the toy kettle is missing from the pack. I have also written to the Step 2 website to seek some action regarding this problem but feel you should be aware of it too.”

“Bought the paw patrol water table,product was good,delivery was when requested,website easy to use.No issues except for the box being damaged which resulted in the stickers inside being slightly crushed,we used them as it was my son's birthday the following day but wouldn't expect it to be delivered with damaged packaging.”
