I was so disappointed to receive this toy which is a gift for my grandson. The box was bashed and turn and it is not suitable to offer as a gift. I emailed them company but didn't receive a reply. I am disappointed not to be writing a.posktive.review.

Seller agreed to send to Ireland with an extra £15 sur charge via invoice (paypal) placed order next day for it to be cancelled and emailed again to be told there was no agreement. Sent screenshot of messages only to be ignored. Very poor service an staff weren't nice at all. Don't agree to send then don't.

Absolutely shocking! Quick to take your money and free shipping. However I received a product wi tbh missing parts so I tried to return it, this is because it was over £200 and this quite frankly shouldn’t have happened. Tried to return this item (they are charging me £15 to return!), and been promised twice that their preferred courier fedex will pick up, I also had to print my own label, and I have spent two days waiting for their courier to collect... No one showed up so I’m still stuck with a big box in my hallway. Will never use this company again and wouldn’t recommend at all!

I bought the sandpit £89.99. A complete waste of money. Poorly made. Impossible to get the legs into the holes made for them. The toy is completely useless and I am asking for a full refund.

I spent nearly £300 on the Strp2 Roller coaster and extention kit for my toddler's birthday. It ruined the day when we opened the box to find it wasn't safe to ride. The pieces did not fit together and it it clearly been sent back before. It looked scratched and used. I have tried to return but have received no response to the video and pictures weeks after they were sent. It is very upsetting for my child and I can't believe that such high cost products would be sent in this state.

Didn't receive this item which was my sons main present from Santa. Had to rush out on Christmas eve and buy from another company. Contacted the company and heard nothing back, also contacted the courier and heard nothing back. Really awful situation to be in at Christmas! Expect a full refund!

Good Afternoon, We have had no correspondence from you regarding this? I can see this coaster was delivered on 20/12 and 11.56 with a clear POD? Maybe you have us confused with another retailer?

Once built was so unstable I would not let my kids on it as it was unsafe. Contacted customer service and had no reply.

Good delivery, fair-ish price but sub-standard wood used throughout. All wood components had cracks, splits & uneven cuts. Metal & plastic parts were perfect. Main beam had 95% slit running across. Was told by customer services just to accept it. If this had been furniture or any other wood product, it would not be acceptable, but they seem happy to send out severely split wood products. I would not recommend.

Came with no screws, was an outdoor picnic bench large for seating 5 children looked a lot smaller..purchased from here as checked the FAQ on their website, it stated if not happy you just email them within 10 days and they sort out the rest. Anyone would think k large item free delivery they would just pick up free as well as expensive product. Nope you need to arrange your own delivery and cost which is not acceptable. Then when I called they said they could pick up at a charge. Defo not worth buying from them if its expensive they have a lot of clauses in there terms and conditions, which may I add I could not find. I was also informed buy their customer service if I had assessmebled the item they would not have taken it back. Good thing they did not send out the screws lol. Do not buy from them its not easy to return items its a big charge and defo.not worth the money

Really poor collection service. Once ordered if you change your mind they arrange false pick up dates, but no one comes to collect the goods - its been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for the Kitchen ordered to be collected. They charge you £15 for the collection service, and do not provide you an follow-up emails you are left continuously chasing the Co. Also the staff you hear back from are not helpful - as they have no idea what's going on! Wouldn't order from here ever again!!!

Awful service. ordered last thursday on supposed 'next day delivery' to be here in good time for daughters birthday this wednesday and for past 2 days they have said 'its out for delivery' and has still yet to arrive. do not order from these people if you want in time for an important occasion as clearly not reliable

I bought Berg Buzzy Nitro 2 in 1 which is a terrible product, unsafe, doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do, i.e steer from the handle & is not suitable for the toddler age group stated 2-5. The seat is small, slippery & without harness. I contacted ActivityToys the next day after receiving the product and they denied me a refund. I wrote a formal complaint supported by a video to demonstrate the dysfunctional item, they were dismissive and still refused a refund. The sold me a very expensive toy kart which is unusable and refused to refund.

We cannot accept goods back that been assembled and used. You have sent a video demonstrating the item being used, we have looked into this and the goods are working in the way as intended. The kart will not turn at a 90 degree angle, plus the kart was being misused, pushed with the handle bars by an adult with no child riding. We do not advertise this handle does come with a harness. We are terribly sorry to hear you are unhappy however we must comply with our company policy.
