“They promised delivery by June 2nd but we finally received a part order 6th June with no explanation, or a date when we might receive the missing items. ATD kept blaming Tuffnells but they said they had not had a delivery from the supplier. Lack of communication and an apology are clearly an issue. If they would refund me I would accept it. I appreciate they blame Covid 19 but there us no excuse for keeping the customer informed. We have not yet assembled the item so I cannot comment on the quality of the product or the assembly.”

“Product is good and communication was good in terms of part of the item missing! The product turned up without the slide and then failed to arrive again. Finally did turn up and item is good. Just disappointed it didn’t arrive in one go!”

“Delivery was quite quick, and we received the table when expected. However, one of the joint parts had snapped in half. Luckily, my husband had some No More Nails, and was then able to drill the table parts together. Aside from that the kids love it”

“Lovely design, good size, however the material is not as strong as I thought it would be, more flimsy - small adults cannot sit on it, overpriced for what it is, would only be happy to pay £50 for this, a bit disappointed if I’m honest.”

“Swing looks lovely up . However I paid a man to fix it and when he came a part was missing . It was sent out but it was inconvenient.”

“Sadly I was rather disappointed with the unit. The slide has a good 10cm drop at the end, it doesn't sit very flush with the ground and my son was hurting his back on it everytime he went down it and I was only using it in the house. I did ask to return as its not fit for purpose but was advised I was not allowed to return once the item was assembled and used and that I can see from the pictures what it is like!! On a positive note, delivery was quick.”

“The quality of the product is actually very good. However I would imagine that the rather tricky assembly would be made easier if you had instructions that matched the product - we got instruction for above ground trampoline with side nets and we had an in ground trampoline without nets which meant we had to rely on you tube and guess work. Would also help to publish guidance on hole depth and size on website.”

“Love it now it's finished but took much longer to build as some of the printed numbers were wrong (didnt exist) & screws were labled up wrong!! One piece of wood had to have an inch cut off as it was too long, which we were scared to do incase it was the wrong decision. All ended well tho.”

“Unable to review product itself as 300 miles away at grandchildren's house. Not too happy that delivery date was not met as son arranged to work from home, but arrived following day. Contact number provided but no information given.”

“The numbers on the wood weren’t clear , some screws were missing and some of the wood was a bit rough and splintering, which isn’t good when it’s for a toddler , there was a knot in one piece of wood were one of the screws went and I couldn’t get it in”

“Order was delayed despite promised it will be deliverred on Monday. Couple of faulty items delayed it further. Some wodden parts are cracked but good in overall.”

“I am not really impressed with a quality some of wooden parts came with damage I have managed to put it together but the frame does not look very sturdy . very expensive so I had high expectations.”

“This is a great toy, and my little one loves it. However it is overpriced for what it is, that said it is better quality than the usual hot wheels items on the market and feels more durable. Overall I am happy with the purchase.”
