“Very poor service. Totally unreliable. They cancelled order with a crazy explanation. Did not immediately refund. So disappointing for the children who were expecting this to be delivered. Never again. AVOID!”

Hello, I am sorry to hear this. Please provide us with more information to look into this further. We would never cancel customers orders without an explanation and will always do this via an email or a call.

“Excellent value for money. unfortunately climbing frame arrived with one split plank but this has been replaced by Plum after a single phone call and email. Would recommend.”

“I am not really impressed with a quality some of wooden parts came with damage I have managed to put it together but the frame does not look very sturdy . very expensive so I had high expectations.”

“Easy and fast service. Order delivered next working day for free. Updates at every stage, dispatch, EST delivery etc... Product was however in a decorated box so child knew what it was when delivered, would have preferred it to have been covered so that it was a suprise.”

“Received my mud kitchen promptly. Well packaged. Was concerned the Perspex painting window would be damaged, but everything intact. Granddaughter is ecstatic and parents are very happy with the quality and lovely accessories that came with it. Many hours of summer fun ahead.”
