“takes a long time to assemble, but instructions are quite clear and worth the process! Our daughter loves it we were able to swap the sides around so it better suited our garden layout”

“Prompt delivery of the wooden play area however one item was missing. It was quickly tracked and delivered the following day (even though I said I would not be home but neighbour took delivery, thankfully it wasn't too large) Would still purchase again though despite this inconvenience.”

“Very helpful and efficient customer service. A small part of our swing set had been damaged in transit, but Beth in customer services was brilliant at helping us to get this replaced, and also answering some other questions we had about the condition wooden frame we had received. Thank you Beth!”

“Ordered the up and down roller coaster for grandson's 2nd birthday.delivery on time.my grandson absolutely loves it,his cousin also has one.fantastic product and so much fun.would highly recommend.”

“The service and price from Activity Toys Direct was excellent as I have used them before but the product was disappointing and in my view fell short of the description which I imagine is provided by the manufacturer. It was the Step 2 Pirates Cove Climber and Slide which I bought for my grandson who is 14 months. It is described as being suitable for between 2-6 years but, as well as the slide being very steep with quite a drop at the end, my grandson cannot sit upright at the top of the slide because the headroom of the part that goes over the top is very low. As for it being suitable for up to 6 years old, this is nonsense as I have a 5 year old grandson too whose legs would be at the bottom of the slide when sitting at the top with a very bent head. I wish now that I had opted for the Step2 All Star Sports Climber which is very similar to the one purchased for my eldest grandson 5 years ago. I would not recommend the Pirate Cove one.”

“Delivered on time. I’m 70 and put it up myself in 2 hours with the help of the clothes line prop. I didn’t dig 4 holes to concrete it in. I used 4 pieces of tanelised 35mm stakes 250 mm long driven into the ground. Lovely product and our 4yr old grandson absolutely loves it. I recommend this company”

“We ordered the crab sand pit one afternoon and it was here by 9am next day! It has been well accepted by our 2 yr old granddaughter Just the right height and very sturdy Will use this company again”

“We ordered the swing for our grand daughters birthday and it was delivered in full on time, We were able to build the swing and surprise her Many thanks One small issue is that 2 of the black bolt covers were broken and we were not able to use them”
