“Happy with item (childs plum swing). Happy that item was delivered on day arranged. However, had asked for last or 6pm delivery and that if parcel was left could it be hidden alongside right side of house. Message was clear and bold on delivery label but item was delivered at 9.am and left in full view by front door. Must add, Would still order again from them again though.”

“Delivery time was excellent. Received next day with free postage. Car received in excellent condition and took very little time to build although instructions could have been clearer. Missing a small bolt but other than that all pieces were there. Granddaughter loves it and as it is quite a bit bigger that the first Step 2 car it will last her a long time.”

“I usually do not give reviews as the service is not usually to an acceptable standard. However Activity Toy Direct has been outstanding service from start to finish!! Well Done you Guys Keep up the Good Work!! Great Customer Service etc. is hard to find nowadays. The parcel had a few pieces missing, this would have been box by Plum and therefore Activity Toys would not have know this, I contacted AT and they arranged for the missing parts to be delivered immediately, super quick, super easy to deal with and a great price.”
