“A very simple ordering process. Delivered on time and with a phone before it arrived. Assembly of the swing was straight forward and took less then an hour with only me doing it. It was bought for the grand daughter but in these warm summer evening I can’t get the wife off it😱”

“I ordered the Step 2 Deluxe Kitchen on the Wednesday and it came by the Friday super fast delivery. The kitchen is fantastic both my boys love there new kitchen.. Worth every penny it's £239.00 with you guys and £350.00 in Argos so a massive saving 🙂 Would definitely order again from Activity Toys Direct again.”

“My 2 year old grandson LOVES the up and down roller coaster he says “it’s so fun ‘ Easy to assemble and very sturdy, just as I expected. ... and he’s discovered another another FUN play, rainwater collects in the centre dip and makes a “big puddle “ great for jumping in!!!! Also bought the Waterwall which he likes but not as much as the roller coaster!!! Definitely recommend.”

“Absolutely poor service from start to finish. 3 weeks after ordering something which I haven't received and are still haven't received or a refund. Company are refusing to refund me or send me another and are putting the phone down and not speaking me. Also are giving complete different accounts to the dpd company and will not speak to dpd on my behalf so this can be investigated further. Absolutely shocking company! Do not order!!!!!”

Dear Ms Hakings, I am sorry to hear of your disappointment. As discussed we were awaiting a case to go ahead with DPD. Once this happened a refund had been processed.

“Deluvery company, Tuffnells were extremely helpful, however Activity Toys Direct would not give pemission to leave item in my garden while I was out for 30 minutes. The item was then delivered later that day only to be totally wrong, I ordered a swing and received an art easel! I rang and spoke to a polite lady who arranged to have item collected from garden and the correct item the following day (strangely enough when they want an item back). Anyway, another day off work was needed to receive the correct item and build after wasting 1 day. The company didnt care about the inconvience and I found the customer service poor. Prices were equal to other companies, I wouldn't use them again and wish I'd read some similar reviews they have before ordering.”

“Bought for my 5 year olds birthday, was the only one I could find that he wouldn't have to sit on the floor to play with! He absolutely loves it, as does my 2 year old! Was really easy to put together and love how it comes with lots of toys to play with too!”
