“Customer services were very prompt and efficient in responding to queries, however, the web site was misleading. My voucher was a Mother's Day present from my daughter which I had to pay £20 to extend. I completely understood this but when I tried to book the activity closest to me in Cheshire ( the Segway experience) it seemed to be only available from Monday-Thursday. On the web site I couldn't 'click' on any midweek dates to book (despite apparent availability) and was informed that a 'weekend' selection would incur a further £20 (£10 pp). Weekends were the only option - and it just came across as another 'money grabbing' scenario. The actual experience and day itself however was great fun!”

“Hotels we wanted to book were not available so opted to do 2 afternoon teas with cocktails instead. Relatively easy to change your mind and get confirmation.”

“Just purchased a voucher for two nights away with afternoon tea at half price, will be interesting to see if I get the hotel I bought it for. Or will it be only offered in the depths of winter, will have to Waite and see.”

“Fantastic quality reward stickers for my Zumba Superstars. They are colourful, bright and the scented ones smell really good (always the favourites in my classes). Plus the delivery was super speedy too. Thank you, great stickers = Happy Children 🙂”
