“Easy to order online. Quick delivery. Following the leaflet which came with the order and watching the online video on how to apply. I had great success with the first window,.I am hoping the other windows cover as easily as the first!”

“I had no luck what so ever in applying this to my window. I followed the directions to the letter and the end result was a mess. Lots of bubbles, and the film just slid all over the place. I have small panes in traditional style sash and case windows. I had to try to cut to size, which wasn't possible with scissors to get perfect finish, so tried to use a paper cutter which didn't work either. The whole experience left me exasperated and I gave up in the end. Absolutely gutted as reviews say so easy to apply? Well not for me it wasn't! What is left went in the bin. Disaster! This has totally put me off even trying another make, such a waste of money.”

“Called up for a sample of One way mirror film. and asked regarding different opacities, to be told to add to the notes when ordering and they would send one of each. I did that and only one arrived and it was two way not one way, so waste of time and money”

“After approx 25 emails because they cannot tell the difference between horizontal and vertical or width and height I have thrown the towel in and returned the goods at a cost of £8.99 which I am informed I cannot claim back as they delivered the right goods. They did not deliver the right goods I ordered horizontal stripe film and got vertical stripe film how can they say the delivery was correct ?”

I can confirm we did indeed try to liaise with you for quite some time to find a suitable product. While we would refute the claim the product was different to the item in the picture. it's not really relevant since we offered you the option to return the item for a full refund and even included a free postage return label.
