“Delivery very prompt. However, the packaging was damaged in transit, but due to the good quality of the packaging the film its self was fine. Instructions on how to use clear and easy to follow. Overall very pleased with product.”

“I was initially a little disappointed because you sent me the wrong colour vinyl and after paying for next day delivery it was a disappointing waste of money as I have to wait another 2 days for the correct item to be delivered. However, Martha was very professional and apologetic and shipped a new delivery to me free of charge on quickest delivery possible. So, errors do happen and its how you deal with them that matters in my opinion and I cannot complain in this instance. The material and packaging are absolutely superb and although not cheap, you definitely get what you pay for. Had the error not have occurred I would for sure award 5 stars and will use AWF again should I need to.”
