“I was initially a little disappointed because you sent me the wrong colour vinyl and after paying for next day delivery it was a disappointing waste of money as I have to wait another 2 days for the correct item to be delivered. However, Martha was very professional and apologetic and shipped a new delivery to me free of charge on quickest delivery possible. So, errors do happen and its how you deal with them that matters in my opinion and I cannot complain in this instance. The material and packaging are absolutely superb and although not cheap, you definitely get what you pay for. Had the error not have occurred I would for sure award 5 stars and will use AWF again should I need to.”

“speedy delivery. I watched the youtube instructions a few times, and with care, I fitted the opaque film with ease. The step by step instructions made all the difference. Very happy with the final look which allows light through the front door but now gives privacy.”

“The site is easy to use, price is right, delivery is free, tools are perfect, video tutorial is concise, finished product is amazing. From start to finish, everything was just easy. I am a certified airhead and I did both my bathroom windows nothing went wrong. All I used were their tool kit and the youtube video. You can see the quality of the film in the picture as it shows the two windows with the film and also one window without it. And you see nothing from outside; even when the light is on. I am very happy.”

“I ordered 1 metre of the bronze, reflective film to treat the bottom half of a full length glazed exterior door. Every time I walked past it on the inside, it frightened the wild birds feeding on the paving outside. The film was economically priced and arrived promptly. After watching the instructional on-line video a couple of times, it was a doddle to apply the film to the door. So far, it seems to work for sparrows, wagtails and blackbirds. I'm pleased with the appearance and performance of the film, and the service provided. I'd cut it down from 1m to 3ft for appearances sake and might also try a narrow strip of the offcut applied to the top of the visor on my motorcycle helmet to keep a low sun out of my eyes (when we get any sun.........).”

“Although the film took over a week to get to me it was exactly what I wanted. The film is easy to apply (easier if you watch the video first!!). Really pleased with the result.”
