“Website is easy to use and very easy to order. I made a mistake with my original order but their customer service team sorted it out very quickly. I have installed the mirrored film one one window so far which was easy to do using the instructions sent as well as the video on their website. Price was ver competitive and it looks great.”

“Very impressed - looks just like etched glazing - very easy to apply and cut. We did use another company's product first which has a thicker film and it kept unrolling - this being thinner, I guess, was perfect.”

“Use other suppliers even if you pay slightly more; you might actually get what you request. I purchased samples to get the colour correct so not to be disappointed with screen to reality texture and tone. All samples requested were dark because my counters are light and I'm not a fan. Until I decide on the remodeling I wanted to basically do a live mood board with paint and contact vinyl etc. After samples arrived I was so pleased I found one exactly what I imagined which is rare. I order what I need but what a waste of time. I was sent Light Oak and I ordered (Dark) Aged Oak. Now usually I would be mindful of mistakes but due to the time of year I wanted my kitchen to be cute and set for the festive season and greeting guests and sadly it wasn't. I now have to wait until they re-open on the 4th January with no one monitoring emails. I wasn't going to do a review yet but at this point I'm channeling "Karen" because I'm a tad annoyed at the level of service and want to prevent this from happening to someone else in the meantime.”

“Did my research and this firm and this product was highly rated I can see why. Quick delivery. Good price. VERY clear and detailed instructions on how to instal. Absolutely chuffed with the way it turned out . And with each day - as the slip solution evaporated - it looked better and better. Think I may have to buy more product and instal it on all my windows to prevent my nosy neighbours peeking in :-)”

“easy to order and arrived on time - DIY is not my idea of a good time and I was a little apprehensive about using the product, particularly the bit where you have to remove the backing film and place it onto the window - I had visions of creases, folds etc but it handled very well and my apprehensions misplaced - very happy with the outcome - looks better on the window than I thought it would as well”
