“Order incomplete- these things happen but four emails repeating myself and photos needed for it to be corrected over two days. Great product but service not so good.”

“The company`s online website is very easy to use and navigate for what`s undoubtedly a very extensive range of products for all circumstances! The telephone staff members were very pleasant and helpful while dealing with a personal misorder instance and very quick to sort out alternative- sized film materials without any fuss. The company adviser was pleased to help and offer a better sized product to better match my physical site project with suitably available window film dimensions! A very good sales team, willing to listen to client issues and quickly remedy plus provide helpful solutions to meet the customer needs. Job Well Done Window Films Direx Ltd. P.J.G & Sons (AYR)”

“Arrived quickly we bought to cover our conservatory doors and we managed to fit it without too much swearing. It looks really good and has made a big difference to the glare of the setting sun. Would definitely buy again.”

“This window film is very difficult to see out of and gives so much privacy and light at the same time which is what I wanted all round. Really pleased with how fast it arrived as well. Many thanks.”

“Minimum fuss arrived on time no Issues”

“My order arrived on time and well packaged. The Decal tape product is a true length but the cut isn't as clean as it could be leaving tiny feathering on the edges when used. Also the tape had a tendency to slip off the cardboard roll, perhapes a re-think on dispensing packaging. But overall, it did the job as intended. Many thanks.”

“Great product that's simple to apply to your clean windows. It would have been worth mentioning in the fitting instructions that before being installed both sides of the film appear to be the same colour. Once the procective film is removed, it is the 'tacky side' which should be sprayed with the slip solution following which this side is applied to the inside of the window.”

“Purchasing online as it should be, Quick delivery and A quality product that really does work, Beware of other cheaper window films, they don't install as easily and certainly do not look as good!”

“Took longer than expected to arrive Post Office. Good results, has cut down the heat coming into the bedroom in the summer mornings, privacy for the front of the house. Only issue I had was starting the peel as the tape kept pulling off. The stronger tape was awkward to remove from the film after applying to the window. Great product.”

“Second purchase from this company. Delivery really fast. Have just used the thermal reflective film. So far good results. Has cooled the room down from large window in direct sun.”

“I needed to reduce the sun's glare and heat in our garden summerhouse and the blinds I installed last year didn't do the job. After further research, I found Active Window Films have the solution as the windows are double glazed and you can't fit film on the inside, only on the outer face. I ordered a sample and put that on as a test and wow, the glare was gone but it was too small to verify heat reduction. Nevertheless, I ordered the film and now, om;y time will tell but I am sure it is the fix I needed. Very helpful customer service too with questions being answered very quickly.”
