“The sheet music catalogue is excellent for this cellist's needs. Delivery is fast and the music well packaged. Items temporarliy out of stock at the time of ordering arrived surprisingly quickly after I had placed my order. The only small gripe I have is with the website search for music by composer. Clicking the A-Z search option produces a long but truncated list at the side of the page. I then have to click on 'More' and the list expands enormously to include every composer meeting the instrument filter I chose - then I scroll down for some time to find the composer I require. This was a lot of scrolling to get to Romberg! The system developers might like to consider an intermediate page that allows an alphabetical choice range eg A-C; D-G etc. Better still, develop a search that responds to free text typing that filters as more text is added: a fairly standard software tool. I'm still very happy with the service I have received from Ackerman but I thought you may find the feedback useful.”

“I ordered 3 books of easy piano tunes.They were ABBA,The Beatles and Bowie. The three are brilliant and as described for my level.The books arrived very promptly. I would definitely use Ackerman music for future music purchased.”

“Ackerman assistants are knowledgeable, helpful and polite - if they don't kniw an answer to your query, they will pass it onto another member of staff who does, and they are very quick and reliable at getting back to you. Their prices are very competitive and it's great to support a real music shop, rather than just an online business. Thank you!”
