“Down below, I’d said I hadn’t heard from this company. I made a mistake. I had emailed Alfred direct and not Ackerman. My order from Ackerman was immediate and I’m very happy. Sorry for the three rating, it should have been five.”

“I was looking for a couple of products and their prices were competitive and the ordering process straightforward. Delivery speed was average but they used parcel2go who kept me informed of progress. Unfortunatey one product was faulty and had to be returned. Again this was straightforward and a replacement dispatched but communication could have been better and there has been no offer to reimburse my postage to them.”
