“Very happy with the book, but last three audio tracks were faulty; most likely the CD. I have emailed Ackerman three times to ask for these three tracks. Had a response to use local office, but nothing since. I'd like to get the second book when I finish the first, but won't if I do not get these three tracks. I know the three tracks won't change my piano 'skills', but I believe in customer service and may look elsewhere if not received. Please note, just realised I'd emailed Alfred, not Ackerman Music. My order from Ackerman was seamless and very happy with them.”

Hi John, Thank you for your review. We haven't had any emails from you regarding this? Did you try phoning one of our shops at all? Sorry to hear you have a faulty cd with your music. I have emailed the publisher to find out if we can get hold of a replacement for you. It isn't a problem we have come across before. Kind regards

“Found the best price for the book I was purchasing here, delivery was free and I wasn't in a rush so I went for it. Being a longer running music shop, I kind of expected the order to take longer than I'd expect from amazon prime etc, but no, it was incredibly fast, it was completely new despite being a very old book and the whole service has been great. It was a very pleasant purchase.”

“A good test of any company is how it copes when things go wrong. Part of my order arrived The other package didn't. It was easy to obtain the phone number, and even on 23rd Dec to talk to a real person (I think Lizzie is not an AI fiction). We agreed to wait pending end of Christmas postal delays. Mid January we resumed, and agreed "lost in the post" She quickly ordered and dispatched. Courteous, helpful, ready to investigate and problem - solve: I'll use Ackerman again. Not the fault of Ackerman that Royal Mail is not quite getting it together!”

“Okay. Delivery was a bit on the slow side. When it arrived it turned out it was not the edition shown, with the fun cover, but the new boring edition. Bit disappointing because I chose Ackerman's because I thought they had the edition shown in stock.”
