Hi Gabriella, I'm sorry to hear your music didn't arrive quickly, however you had only paid for Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. If you need items urgently, it may be better to pay for 1st class, or tracked/express delivery. We hadn't received any emails chasing this item. We would always reply if a customer is chasing an order. Kind regards
